HULL BLOCK, REIMAGINED

In 2001, prominent Alberta anthropologist, Bob Dawe, purchased the Hull Block in a state of degeneration with the vision of revitalization. Driven to restore this historic treasure to its original prestige, his dedication meant no corners were cut on the interior finishes and exterior restoration. Dawe contracted Edmonton architect David Murray, who specializes in the conservation of historical resources within the city.
